Hi, I just wanted to ask you guys, am I a geek? To me being a geek is like being smart and socially akward and stuff and thats not wrong but am I. I watch ANTM, family guy, american dad all the funny stuff, hannah montana, really like cats but not a cat lady, hp fan all the way and more cool stuff. It think the only reason people say that about me is because they think I talk white, which sounds so freakin dumb. How can you talk white and their basically calling blacks dumb cause I’m very smart(but not so good in math) and happen to be black(dio dio) and it’s like if blacks talk with a high vocab or don’t use slang or say things clearly their tryna be white and please! Not all whites are smart just like not all blacks are smart and seriously it used to get me down in 4th and 5th grade cause I didn’t understand why they didn’t like me and I was quiet(in fact I really didn’t like school and would cry all the time and went to summer school becuase of my absences, shitty, I know). But now I’m more outgoing and am myself but these ghetto ass people is always starting. I’m a happy, energetic, crazy, smart, BEAUTIFUL, funny, nice, sweet, caring person and love myself but just wanted to knw are there anythings I can say if they call me or my friends nerds or geeks cause my friend B doesn’t really handle it well, once when I wasn’t there this boy D bunny(hehhehe buck teeth) called her and my other friend geeks and then she said she’s wasn’t then he asked if she was dumb and she(stupidly)shrugged her shoulder(in 7th grade she was the only one to a get 4 on her math test so shes not dumb)but she hates it when people call her that and they think that she thinks that shes better then they are and for class president they just pick her(though she didn’t run) and whenever thers a test and we get back are grades everyone has to she if they got higher than herand her self esteem is low cause she’s kinda chubby(big tummy, kinda big thighs and she’s short and has a dark neck like me(but I’m tryna get that fixed, cucumbers) and dark skinned and it seems that all the light skinned girls get all the guys and the boy who she likes(light skinned) has a girl(light skinned)but don’t worry I’m not like that. But anyway seriously what kind of things can I say:

okayy so just a couple of days ago,,me and my friiend totally fell for each other and we ARE in love..
and the thing is, ive moved to a different country so hes up for the whole long distance thing and stuff and yeah anyway
so last week my family and i went away on a trip to the beach and he called me EVERY night..just to tell me he loves me and how much he misses me and stuff…and it would just make me so happy

dont think its bad just as long as thats not the only thing his loving – he has to love you you heart and soul first – obviously physical attraction is necessary in a relationship other wise you friends right? There is nothing wrong with him admiring your beauty but as long as he does not obsess about it i guess.
I watched a show called, "Love Me, Love My Doll" about these people who live a relatively isolated life with their $2,000 love dolls, like they treated them like wives and stuff. I was heartbroken watching that show. Why do people fall in love with their love dolls? Like, it’s kind of creepy…
Oh and if you don’t know, a love doll is a life size doll that men can do things with…
It sounds a bit creepy to me too, but is anyone hurt by this?
Is the doll owner able to function in society normally?
We go through all sorts of stuff to satiate our social needs. Often that stuff gets substantially invades our wants and needs. Ask anyone who is married if they are as much as an individual as they would like to be? We do all sorts of stuff for our friends that we sometimes don’t want to do.
So these doll owners get some or all of their social needs met by a doll. Sure if they develop a double personality (like the killer from Psycho), that isn’t healthy, but otherwise, it works to an extent.
Perhaps some people would actually be jealous of these doll lovers. Doll lovers can obtain two-way unconditional love (think Stepford Wives). Instead of going through all the mess of dealing with humans to satiate their social needs, they ‘cheat’ around all that. I’m sure some hate them for beating the system.
However, humans being lovers of misery, I’m sure nearly all doll lovers create difficulties in their doll relationships. Check out the doll lover movie via the link.

Anyway. As dolls become more lifelike, we’ll be seeing a lot more of this.
Children love dolls and give them personality instinctually. Adults name their pets and pretend they have more personality than they deserve. Heck, adults pretend their children have more personality than they actually do.
And I’ll dare say that God is the ultimate love doll. God may or may not be real, but we definately don’t know if we are truly contacting him when we pray…in essence, God is an invisible friend that loves us unconditionally. Each person imagines God differently.
So physical doll loving may be merely an extension of a very old human trait…social insecurity.

For all of you out there who’ve had to deal with an irate customer, this one is for you. It’s a classic!
In dealing with those ’special’ customers we all love, an award should go to the United Airlines gate agent in Denver for being smart and funny, while making her point, when confronted with a passenger who probably deserved to fly as cargo. A crowded United Airlines flight was cancelled. A single agent was rebooking a long line of inconvenienced travelers.
Suddenly an angry passenger pushed his way to the desk. He slapped his ticket down on the counter and said, "I HAVE to be on this flight and it has to be FIRST CLASS."
The agent replied, "I’m sorry sir. I’ll be happy to try to help you, but I’ve got to help these folks first, and I’m sure we’ll be able to work something out."
The passenger was unimpressed. He asked loudly, so that the passengers behind him could hear, "DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHO I AM?"
Without hesitating, the agent smiled and grabbed her public address microphone.
"May I have your attention please," she began her voice heard clearly throughout the terminal. "We have a passenger here at Gate 14 WHO DOES NOT KNOW WHO HE IS. If anyone can help him find his identity, please come to Gate 14."
With the folks behind him in line laughing hysterically, the man glared at the United agent, gritted his teeth and swore. "F*** you!"
Without flinching, she smiled and said, "I’m sorry, sir, but you’ll have to get in line for that, too."

Anyone know any really cute songs about being in love or falling in love? I’d prefer newer stuff. Nothing more than 10 years old, and something that maybe you’d hear on the radio or something underground, local, or stuff that’s not so popular.
