Why do people make fun of people who like Star Wars, Comic Movies, etc.?

Why do they? Even if the person is nice, etc. Just a thought question. Not everyone is a "nerd". Its not what they are, Its who they are. Geeks are always get made fun of. Dont get me wrong, some do get on my nerves at times. Then you just have a person who loves star wars and then also loves sports and go to bars. Im sure theres a way that ppl who love sports and not sci fi stuff should also be called nerds. What do you think?

i saw my best friend that i haven’t seen since i was little……i think i love him. we wer attached?

at the waist. me and him had soo much fun together lol. it started from 3rd grade. i was kinda bossy lol but none the less we loved eachother. he moved away and we soon found out that his mom passed away. it hurt alot. i hadn’t seen them in years…and i hurt becuz i didn’t know what was going on inside of him you know..so many more years go by and we contacted him and i saw him tonight. i knew i would always love him, but i didn’t know i still did like that. it was weird. i don’t know if he feels the same tho…it was incredible to see him. we talked about all the stuff we did when we were little (i didn’t know he remembered it all) and about life. i had been sent away to nevada, and he had written me ther….i got it…it was sweet. but i don’t know if he just sees me as a friend….i missed him alot. i know we both felt that emotional thing going on. but didn’t show it. we wer together all the time haha…and we would laugh with his mom….anywho, help? what do i do?

spend more time together as when you guys were young.. and you’ll see through time that feelings do grow.. then one day, just tell him.. if he doesn’t say anything..casually kiss his cheek and go.. he won’t get over that.

when you meet again, just be casual and happy.. don’t be so awkward .. love is like playing games.. at the start of it, don’t be too serious.. you can start being serious when he proves his love back.

Well ive been seperated from g/f for officially a few days.. The relationship was perfect very happy… very very few issues. We had spoken a few times and then wednesday i went to her house and poured my heart out to her and she listened but told me that she couldnt be with me for now cuz she would be treating me unlike herself. she told me that she believes that me and her are meant to be and that shes almost sure we would get back. ok so i leave i left her a cd with songs she dedicated to me and she listened to it and i found out that she cried. ok so thats that. on saturday she calls me to tell me that she was thinking of us phyiscally so i talk to her and so on. i call her later and shes upset at her boss and stuff. so i took upon myself to go with 32 white roses to her house to tell her how i feel. it didnt go to well she got pist…. but still heard me out and she got teary eyed. she walked in and very upset told everyone its over and yada yada yada.. but then yesterday look up
The question im asking is if this is just a phase that she is going through or will it pass. she has never opened herself up to man like she did with me… im ignoring her not calling her at the moment. and see were that brings me. I love the girl and i want her back. my life was basically set on her. her parents have told me to wait… but she gets these anger spurts where no one can reason with her. she loved me like she hadnt loved anyone else it to me its difficult to see how someone can forget all those emotions so rapidly many things were said. and we had a few problems but very very minor nothing that cant be worked on. so i want to wait but the thing is am i too late?

do u agree with the whole stereotype that black people love hip hop?

im half italian but i am still black but i personally hate hip hop. i like some old school but the stuff today like lil wayne and the dream make me sick. at school all of the black people have alienated me and they think i want to be white because i date a white guy and love rock. i dont agree with the stereotype. do u think that a black person who does not like hip hop is wierd?? honestly??

It’s not really a stereotype, it’s more of a generalization. The majority of black people listen to hip-hop and the majority of white people listen to rock. However, everybody has their own taste. I dont think that it’s weird for black people to like rock. It seems kind of strange at first because it’s not something you see every day, but that doesn’t mean it’s weird or bad. The kids at your school are jerks to alienate you for something as stupid as that.

Do you think this astrology stuff work for love?

I just called that "One Tru Love" asrologist commercial where it texts you the name of your one true love in life. It came back "your left hand"….this didn’t seem right so I tried again and it said "the hole in your bed". Does this mean I have more then one soulmate or have I been duped?

Its difficult to say with these things. I think their main aim is to give you ideas for the future and shed light on your path, but to make things any clearer then you would have to take action.
